First click on the link, when it brings up the page go down to where it says use our download manager and get recommended junk,
(well not actually junk, but junk nonetheless). If it opens up a different window, close it, it’s probably something you don’t have any interest in anyway, so then when you are back on the page that will let you download, arrow down, until you here it say the name of the file with the word button at the end of it, and space on that, then just do your alt n, and tab to save, and you are good to go.

But an even easier way is to use a downloader such as JDownloader, MiPony, Free Rapids (all free programs) (http://www.jdownloader.com/) (http://www.mipony.net/en/download.php) (http://wordrider.net/freerapid/) that way you bypass going to the web page of the file sharing service and just use the link for the download that was provided for you.
